AS2 message limits ?

I just realized that there is a size limit of a sending file. I cannot send a file more then 3 MB through AS2 connection using Mendelson Opensource AS2. Can this limit be changed by some configuration files?

It just staying in the pending state.
If I reduce the message size it sending successfully.
I tested this with 3 different partners, same issue.

Examining the log found this :

[10:10:51 AM] SendOrderAccessDB.add: Data cache size limit is reached: 10000
