Fixed client-server login problems
<ul>
<li>Sometimes the internal TLS client-server connection was not able to connect because of internal runtime conditions, this has been fixed</li>
<li>A new system event "transactional rollback" has been added to the event log, this is DB related</li>
<li>The system event manager was unable to register system errors that were NullPointers</li>
<li>Dependencies: Update BC to 1.80 (crypto API)
