XML API: Partner add/modify problem
There was a problem adding and modifying partners regarding the postprocessing events of the partners - they have been ignored
Added a database deadlock detection for most of the database transactions. Deadlocks may happen under heavy load, they has been experienced in external databases only (e.g. PostgreSQL). If a deadlock is detected the transaction is rolled back and repeated
