Certificate reload issue, additional language support
<ul>
<li>Increased the performance of the client-server connection - this also has impact on the oftp2send command and the REST API</li>
<li>Added support for additional languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian</li>
<li>Fixed an issue for inbound connections that the encryption certificates have not been releaded - the result was that newly imported certificates were not found</li>
