Additional variables for postprocessing

<li>The variables ${virtualfiledate} and ${virtualfiletime} have been added for the postprocessing</li>
<li>Fixed a sync problem of outbound connections to partners</li>
<li>Added a section to the postgres SQL help section that contains information on howto prepare the postgres DB to use another user but the default user "postgres"</li>
