Mac OS startup problems, Client-server connection stall

<li>Fixed a problem to start the application on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3, the error message was "Native library not found in resource path"</li>
<li>Added a gui notification if a client request could not be processed on the server during 30s (connection stall detection)</li>
<li>Fixed a DB problem in the outbound connection management</li>
</ul>
