Modification to the postprocessing system.
<ul>
<li>Its possible to set not only command line commands (like before) but you could also setup a "move to directory" postprocessing per partner.</li>
<li>A new documentation section "post processing" has been added in german and english</li>
<li>The XML API structures for the commands list_partner and modify_partners have been changed slightly - please have a look at the w3c schemas found in api/*.xsd</li>
<li>The XML API samples have been rebuilt</li>
<li>As there are changes in the underlaying database the auto update has been created to fit this version</li>
