Documentation, conversion editor
<ul>
<li>The colorizing algorithm of fields for the conversion editor has been reworked</li>
<li>HTML and PDF output options for the documentation of conversions have been removed. The documentation formats are now Excel and XML. The Excel format allows a PDF and HTML export.</li>
<li>The documentation process did not recognize all mapping entries, this has been reworked</li>
<li>Line and col numbers have been added to all error messages that are XML file related</li>
<li>The format description editor will now always save standard, version, release and messagetype. This will be filled by default values if not provided by user entry. This allows better format description identification in the future</li>
