UX, JSON2XML problem

<li>Wrong Icon for mapping tables in the whole product (the filter icon has been used)</li>
<li>Its now possible to generate a filter in every project using the "add file" functionality</li>
<li>If a conversion result was already open in the IDE the editor manager did not swap to the existing tab</li>
<li>Problem in the JSON to XML converter: Tags with the same name that followed each other have been deleted</li>
