New REST endpoint, message part access

<li>Added a new REST endpoint to access the payload data, SOAP data and HTTP header data of transmissions (requires professional version or higher, REST API)</li>

<li>There were synchronization problems if the certificates have been stored using the client - this happened very seldom.</li>
<li>Dependencies: jmimemagic has been removed from the product, the automatic MIME TYPE detection has been implemented in the mendelson packages now. If there is any difference in the automatic MIME TYPE detection to older versions it is always possible to define the MIME TYPE in the message part properties of any PMODE.</li>
