REST API timeout handling

  • REST API: Set up better timeout processing - the system answers now with a HTTP 504 (gateway timeout) if the internal client-server connection runs into a timeout
  • New color settings for log entries and the XML tree display (SOAP data) in the high contrast display mode of the client
  • Dependencies: Updated the internal database to HSQLDB 2.7.3
  • Dependencies: Updated the OAUTH2 lib to oauth2-oidc-sdk-11.12
  • Dependencies: Update of the DB driver for the postgres DB access to v42.7.3
