Command line send order performance
<ul>
<li>This release has a better performance if you send orders from outside the product using the command line</li>
<li>The inbound SOAP validation had a problem to identify a URI if the URI protocol was an other than http - the result was an error that an URI content was missing for some profiles</li>
<li>3rd party lib: Updated the web service security lib wss4j to 2.4.1</li>
<li>The certificate manager displays now if certificates are in use or not - this is useful if you would like to delete unused certificates</li>
