System maintenance: Auto delete expired certiciates
- The system maintenance process will now automatically delete expired certificates from the system if this option is enabled in the settings
- There has been added a new notification template in all supported languages for auto deleted certificates (de, en, pl, pt, it, fr, pl)
- Dependencies: Updated jackson to 2.22.0 (JSON API)
- Dependencies: Updated caffeine to 3.2.4 (Cache)
