Web interface: Date display local/remote
<ul>
<li>Allows to select in the web interface either the local date (of the browser) or the remote date (of the mendelson AS2 server) to be displayed. This should help to match the transactions to your local processing.</li>
<li>Fixed a small localization problem: "MDN signed used the alorith {0}" came up with a wrong parameter</li>
