Problem running Mendelson OFTP2 source code

I have downloaded Mendelson OFTP2 source code (mendelson_opensource_oftp2_1.1b43_src.zip from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mendelson-oftp2/files/src/). I could compile it, but I when I ran it, it complainted about a missing resource file: /sqlscript/config/CREATE.sql. The source code really doesn't contain that file, and without that file, I cannot escape errors like:

user lacks privilege or object not found: MODULELOCK in statement [DELETE FROM modulelock]
user lacks privilege or object not found: MODULELOCK in statement [DELETE FROM modulelock WHERE refreshlockmillies<?]
user lacks privilege or object not found: PARTNER

and I cannot keep going.
